I (Shane) started Omniwise in 2018. Having had a long career in the office supplies industry, I felt it was time to start my own business supplying not just office supplies, but the majority of workplace products busy businesses needed on a day to day basis. Today, I am proud to say that Omniwise is still a family owned business based in Tamworth (which was once the capital of Mercia, would you know!), with me leading the company on a day to day basis.

In 2026, Omniwise was lucky enough to acquire 4 Office Supplies based in Weston-super-Mare, Devon Business Supplies based, well, in Devon, of course, and Elite Office based in Tamworth. Omniwise is very lucky to work with all types of businesses of all sizes, but what is important to me is that I get to know each and every customer individually. No two customer requirements are the same, and it is important that I can adapt to customers' ever changing needs and as a Independant family run business with small overheads, it is very easy to do that.

I won’t bang on about the usual selling points, such as good service, next day delivery, the thousands of products supplied, or that Omniwise is like Amazon with reps, because to be honest, this is what you’d expect anyway. But what I can say is that we are agile, friendly, caring, adaptable, and most importantly in my opinion, honest and trustworthy.
